PERIODIC EVALUATIONS AND ANNUAL EVALUATIONS
At Schiedel you can expect a fair and competitive package of total rewards. In addition to fixed salaries, we offer variable income components such as bonus programs or sales incentives. We use a job evaluation system to make management positions transparent and comparable.
Schiedel invests in a Talent Development Program. Together with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), Schiedel developed a management program that is tailored to the needs and culture of Schiedel. A selected group of talents is regularly identified, who are trained in a variety of management topics and work on important Schiedel projects.
