Our vacancies


Located at our plant in Wiewiórczyn or in Teplice, reporting directly to the Manager Technical Centre (located in Munich- GER), you are the actor of mid to long haul product/system development projects. You are the developer for projects out of the international R&D roadmap. With a scientific/theatrical approach combine to practical experiments/tryouts, you are responsible for delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to the operation team. You are also a central technical information hub between R&D, Product Management and Production until serial production starts.
Your tasks
  • Product and/or system development in 3D- CAD environment incl. structural/thermal simulation (FEA-FEM)
  • Feeding the central component database following guidelines
  • Leading operative development tasks, overlooking and/or realising prototypes related to the ongoing projects
  • Provide regular update to the Manager Technical Centre and other project stakeholders
  • Regular coordination with the plant local team and other stakeholders in central functions in a foreign language. (ENG and/or GER)
Your profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field. Trained technician with corresponding work experience and additional professional training
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in metallic product development, ideally with strong understanding of stamping, sheet forming and welding
  • Knowledge and experience with 3D CAD system Autodesk Product Design Collection (Inventor Pro)
  • Native speaker or bilingual proficiency in the plant’s location language
  • Full working proficiency in English or in German is a must, conversational proficiency in the other language is a strong asset
  • Understanding of Additive Manufacturing technologies would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and/or experience in chimney or in ventilation is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe up to 15% of your time.
